She is an Industrial Chemical Engineer with a major in Environmental Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute and a lawyer in training from the Technological Institute of Monterrey (TECMTY). With 14 years of experience, she began her professional career with the National Association of the Chemical Industry-ANIQ, and is President of the Circular Economy Commission of the National Association of Plastics Industries-ANIPAC in Mexico. She is currently Manager of Circular Economy and Sustainability at the petrochemical company Braskem Idesa, responsible for relations and approchement with government entities, as well as with industrial and business organizations, maintaining an action in favor of sustainability in the plastics industry and the petrochemical sector. She leads the implementation of Circular Economy, Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility strategies, as well as projects aimed at clients and the company's corporate volunteer program.

Tony Radoszewski has spent his entire 40-plus year career in the plastics industry, first at Phillips Chemical Company after studying chemistry at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. At several companies, he has held positions in sales, pricing and supply, and market development. Later in his career, he focused on plastic pipe sales and business development, eventually working for the largest manufacturer of corrugated plastic pipe in the world, Advanced Drainage Systems. He was president of Wentworth Group International, before the Plastic Pipe Institute made him president in 2006. Most recently, Tony became President & CEO of the Plastic Industry Association (PLASTICS) a Washington, D.C., trade association representing the entire plastics supply chain.
